Multi-station different-direction drilling clamp for spindly shafts

2012
The utility model relates to a multi-station different-direction drilling clamp for spindly shafts. The multi-station different-direction drilling clamp comprises a bottom plate, and a rotary supporting seat and a numerical control index plate, which are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and have the same central axis, wherein a positioning column and a connecting piece are arranged on the bottom plate; a first connecting disk with a rotary shaft is arranged on the rotary supporting seat through a bearing; a second connecting disk is arranged on the inner side face of the numerical control index plate; the lower parts of the first connecting disk and the second connecting disk are connected through a connecting plate; at least two V-shaped positioning and clamping components for radially positioning and clamping a spindly shaft workpiece are arranged on the connecting plate and can move on the connecting plate along a horizontal direction; and a positioning component for axially positioning a clamping ring groove of the spindly shaft workpiece is arranged on the connecting plate, or a positioning component for axially positioning the end face of the spindly shaft workpiece is arranged on the second connecting disk. The multi-station different-direction drilling clamp for the spindly shafts is compact and reasonable in structure, and can process various spindly shaft workpieces. Clamp replacement frequency is reduced, and the processing accuracy and processing efficiency of the spindly shaft workpieces can be improved.
