취학 전 유아의 학교준비도가 자아개념과 학습행동에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of preschooler’s school readiness on their self-concepts and learning behaviors. Totally 252 children from 9 kindergartens or daycare centers in Incheon and Bucheon participated. The results of this study were as follows. First, the function and disposition of preschooler’s school readiness were correlated with their academic self-concepts, and all kinds of school readiness was related to every subfactor of learning behaviors. Second, disposition factor of school readiness explained children’s academic self-concepts. Third, the adaptation and attitude factors of school readiness affected the learning motive, attention, and learning attitudes composing the learning behaviors. And the function factor of school readiness also had effect to the attention factor of learning behaviors.
