The purpose of the present invention is to limit the blooming of pentaerythritol, which is effective as a crystallization nucleating agent particularly for polyhydroxyalkanoates among biodegradable polyesters that are degraded into water and carbon dioxide by the work of microbes. Provided is a polyester resin composition containing (A) a polyhydroxyalkanoate, (B) an acrylic compound, and (C) pentaerythritol.
