Numerical simulation of one-dimensional thermal field with time-variable heat flux of functionally gradient materials

The one-dimensional thermal field with time-variable heat flux of functionally gradient materials (FGM) was numerical simulated. By using the numerical simulation method , CCAl2O~3, a novel FGM of carbon-ceramic, was compared with CC material. Various CCAl2O3 materials with different composition mass fraction functions were compared . The results show that the heat-resistant performance of CCAl2O3 is better than that of CC, therefore the thermal field of FGM of carton ceramic can be optimized by changing its compositions mass fraction functions.
