Bacterial cell having enhanced succinic acid production and a method for producing the succinic acid using the same

The present invention provides: a bacteria cell that has at least one increased activity of pathway for transforming alpha-ketoglutrate into succinic acid semialdehyde (SSA) and of succinyl semialdehyde dehydrogenase, and is genetically modified; and a method for producing succinic acid using the same. When the bacterial cell is used, succinic acid can be efficiently produced.
