This paper describes the development of instructional materials for a course on Engineering Economics. The course is broken down into modules, sessions and activities. Modules cover material such as "'Evaluation oflndependent Projects. " At the session level; the learner may do any of the following: readfrom text. participate in instructor-led classroom learning, or pursue an e-learning activity. E-learning activities were designed to allow the student to explore the relationship between aspects of a given concept, and CO readily ask "what-if'type questions.
