Temperature distribution model and parameter optimization of multilayer thermal protective clothing

When working in a high temperature environment, people need to wear special clothing to avoid burns. In the production of thermal protective clothing, we should not only consider its own safety, but also consider the economic benefits of the production of it. The mathematic model of temperature distribution of thermal protective clothing is analyzed and studied, and the optimal selection of this kind of special clothing design is realized. Based on the principle of unsteady heat transfer and steady heat transfer, the temperature distribution model in thermal protective clothing and the boundary temperature distribution model in each material layer are constructed. Finally, the evaluation function is used to optimize the thickness of each layer material. Therefore, the model and optimization method established in this paper have certain popularization value for the safety judgment and production economy of the actual thermal protective clothing.
