Digital Implementation of Nonlinear Systems

The present contribution aims at comparing the behavior of discrete-time chaotic generators, used in encryption and other communication security structures of biomedical signals. The two types of analyzed systems are a digital filter with nonlinear behavior due to overflow and a discrete system based on an analog prototype, designed by direct sampling. Programing implementation performance of the chaotic generators, on microcontroller systems, is finally compared to high precision simulations of the state equations models.
