The invention relates to an updating method and device of an operation virtual scene of a transformer substation as well as a simulation operation training system. The updating method of the operation virtual scene of the transformer substation comprises the following steps: when determining that a virtual transformer substation system currently is in a transient process or enters a stable state after the transient process is finished, carrying out transient simulation on the virtual transformer substation system to generate simulation data; changing equipment model parameters of a primary simulation system and a secondary simulation system according to the simulation data; after confirming that the primary simulation system and the secondary simulation system make linked operation after the equipment model parameters are changed, controlling a primary equipment model and a second equipment model to act; updating model attribute data of the primary equipment model and the second equipment model based on an action result; correspondingly updating a current virtual scene of the virtual transformer substation system in a training terminal according to the updated model attribute data. By adopting the updating method and device of the operation virtual scene of the transformer substation as well as the simulation operation training system, updating of the virtual scene of the linked operation of the primary and secondary systems can be realized.
