External wall substrate antistatic antifouling coating agent and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an external wall substrate antistatic antifouling coating agent which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 85-92 parts of methanol, 5-10 parts of solvent, 0.10-0.14 part of tin oxide and 1.6-2.6 parts of silicon dioxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the coating agent. The method comprises the following steps: S1. material preparation: preparing the materials according to parts by weight, preparing the tin oxide into nano tin oxide while controlling the particle size at 20-30nm, and preparing the silicon dioxide into nano silicon dioxide while controlling the particle size at 20-40nm; S2. sequentially pouring the methanol and solvent into a cleaned container with a stirrer according to the proportion, stirring for 1-3 minutes, and standing for 5-10 minutes to obtain a mixed solution; and S3. mixing: sequentially adding the tin oxide and silicon dioxide into the mixed solution, stirring with a stirrer for 10-20 minutes, and standing for 30-60 minutes to obtain the product. The coating agent has the advantages of simple preparation technique, short production cycle, low cost, environment friendliness and no pollution, prevents static electricity from generation, and has favorable antifouling effects.
