Strategy Research on How to Have a Certain Hospital Upgraded to a First-Class Hopital by Using SWOT Analysis

This paper focuses on how to use SWOT Analysis to help a certain hospital upgrade to a First-Class Hospital.By using SWOT Analysis,we formed a leapfrog development strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.And we proposed some suggestions on how to make its advantages outweight the disadvantages,protect against any threat in order to solve the "short board" problems of the hospital.
