The Criteria and Indicators System of Sustainable Forest Management at Management Unit Level in Heilongjiang Province

This paper established the criteria and indicators system of sustainable forest management at management unit level in Heilongjiang Province and compared it with relative criteria and indicators system. The criteria system was composed of four layers: sum target, target, category criteria and item criteria, including resource, environment, economy, society, etc.4 targets,9 criteria and 31 indicators.
