Research Progress on Preparation of α-Al_2O_3 Coating at Low Temperature

The investigation of preparing α-Al2O3 coating progress at low temperature was reviewed.The key problem to realize low temperature preparation was to ion bombardment and increase the nucleation,and its prospect and directing research was pointed out.
