The invention discloses a file cover navigation method and a file cover navigation device, which solve the technical problems that the data of a plurality of sub-reports of a report needs is needed to manually seek step by step when the plurality of sub-reports in the file report enter the sub-reports through the linkage of sub-report names of the cover, so as to prevent the waste of manpower resource caused by the report including the sub-reports. The method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of extracting the names of the sub-reports of the file report; loading the names of the sub-reports to the cover of the file report; and building the linkage between the names of the sub-reports of the cover and the sub-reports in the file report.
