we investigate angular reflectance of dielectric multilayer structure that has a narrow resonant peak. The design of dielectric multilayer structure with peak respond in reflectance is presented. We demonstrate the increasing brightness and beam quality of wide-aperture laser due to the angular selective properties the dielectric multilayer structure. We analyze the characteristics of such structure and how to optimize layout of the layers. The peculiarity of proposed angular selective element is allowing the application as intracavity laser mode corrector.
