Video compression is a process to decrease the redundant information in a video file and made the size of the data for a video smaller than usually without losing the information that contains in the particular file. A method that can be used for compressing the video size is fractal method. Fractal compression is a compression method based on self similarity. The outcomes for compression using this method produce the video file which has a high compression rasio.
