The dust bag material is prepared from a polytetrafluoroethylene resin emulsion, an organic silicone modified acrylate emulsion, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polypropylene fibers, titanium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, vanadium pentoxide, seaweed silicon, polyamide fibers and carbon fibers. The hydroxyethyl cellulose and the polypropylene fibers are respectively and slowly added to the polytetrafluoroethylene resin emulsion in proportion, rapid stirring is performed, then the titanium oxide and the seaweed silicon are sequentially added, and even stirring and mixing are performed; the polypropylene fibers and the carbon fibers are respectively and slowly added to the organic silicone modified acrylate emulsion in proportion, rapid stirring is performed, then the residual raw materials are sequentially added, and even stirring and mixing are performed; the two parts of mixed liquid are then mixed and dried, and forming is performed through a forming machine. The dust bag material can effective adsorb harmful particles in flue gas from iron and steel, power generation, coal-fired boilers and the like, effectively adsorb the particles and the harmful gas in the flue gas, has a very good dust removal effect and can effectively protect the environment.
