A communication interface or a regulation press key is installed, in addition, the communication interface is connected with two input and output control ends of a singlechip and positive and negative power supplies, and the regulation press key is arranged between the ground and the input and output control ends of the singlechip. The design is carried out according to singlechip program, the instrument can be produced according to the same parameter, and the setting can be modified according to requirements during automobile assembling, so the instruments in the same model can be applicable to various automobiles, confusion caused by complicated varieties and errors generated in the manufacture and installation process in manufacturers are reduced, and the problems that the instrument is unfavorable for production organization management, and the production capability improvement is limited are solved.
