LDPE-Ni／多晶铁纤维电磁屏蔽包装材料研究

Adding crystal iron fiber and nickel into LDPE can make electromagnetic shielding materials, which can be used as packaging materials. It was showed that the material s shielding efficiency is 20dB, and percolation threshold is 20%-25%. It can absorb electromagnetic wave because of magnetism and electric wastage of the crystal iron fiber. The material get to the highest tensile strength and the elongation at break is decreasing when the content of the nickel powder and crystal iron fiber reaches 18%.
