Solvent-free anticorrosive paint for damp interfaces and preparing method and application thereof

The invention relates to the field of chemical paint manufacturing, in particular to a solvent-free anticorrosive paint for damp interfaces and a preparing method and application thereof. The solvent-free anticorrosive paint contains the following components by weight: 100 parts of modified epoxy resin, 50-60 parts of composite curing agent, 80-120 parts of pigments and fillers, 1-6 parts of thixotropic agent and 5-10 parts of auxiliaries. The modified epoxy resin contains at least one kind of bisphenol A epoxy resin, toughened epoxy resin and normal-butyl glycidyl ether with weight ratio as (7-8):(1-2):1, and epoxy value of the bisphenol A epoxy resin is 0.48-0.54 mol/100g. The composite curing agent contains modified aromatic amine and modified fatty amine with weight ratio as 9:1. The solvent-free anticorrosive paint can be used underwater and on the damp interfaces.
