Скорость размножения и ферментативная активность бактерий рода Klebsiella, возбудителей острых кишечных инфекций

The characteristic of the rate of reproduction and activity of enzymes Klebsiella, isolated from patients with acute intestinal infections is given. The rate of reproduction and activity of the enzymes of «protection and aggression» are vary considerably in different conditions of the cultivation (temperature conditions, nutrient medium). This reflects their adaptive potential. The temperature of cultivating Klebsiella on rich medium of Krasil’nikova influenced on the concentration of bacteria, and on physiological solution – influenced on the shape of the growth curve of bacterial concentrations. The enzymes (catalase, cellulase) were detected only at high temperatures of cultivating (30оC and 37оC). The highest levels of urease and lipase were observed in optimal and suboptimal temperature close to temperature of body of a patient; the activity of urease and lipase activity of Klebsiella decreased with lowering temperature.
