Analysis Graduate Students' Scientific Research Innovation Ability of Xinjiang University under the View of Ecology

From the view of ecology,taking the graduate students ability of scientific research and innovation as the ecological environment of the organism,respectively analyzing the restrict and influence of Xinjiang universities graduate students' scientific research innovation ability from four types of ecological environment of the macro system,external system,intermediate system and microcosmic system ecosystem,the article put forward the countermeasures to promote Xinjiang University Graduate Students' scientific research innovation ability.Constructing the open social environment and establishing innovation concept;optimizing the curriculum and enhancing academic exchange;strengthening the function of tutors and building the academic atmosphere;cultivating the professional interest and establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
