Room reservation management system, input and management apparatus, and a device program

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct entry control for a room by controlling incomings and outgoings into/from a space of a person other than a specified user, when the room is used under a reserved condition, in the space including the reserved room. SOLUTION: This room reservation management system comprises; an information storage medium having a storage means for storing intrinsic information, and reservation certification information as to the reserved room; a communication terminal having an input means, a transmission means for transmitting input reservation request information and the intrinsic information to a server, and a means for writing the reservation certification information into an information storage medium; an incomings and outgoings management device having a date and time acquiring means, a storage means, a determination means for determining whether a time is within the time zone of the reservation date and time information or not, and an incomings and outgoings control means for controlling the propriety of the incomings and outgoings when determined to be within the reservation time zone; and the server having a means for conducting registration as the reservation certification information when reservation is possible, based on a reservation situation information database, and registration information in the reservation situation information database, when receiving the reservation request information.
