The present invention provides a bismuth oxide phase inversion pressure hydrothermal process, the beta] is directly converted to α bismuth oxide, bismuth oxide in an aqueous phase, without going through the high temperature calcination conversion, the reaction is: β type bismuth oxide + H2O (100 ℃) → α-type bismuth oxide + H2O. The present invention is a new process, energy saving. Preparation of α relative to other bismuth oxide, and the process is simple and practical, is very environmentally friendly. Very high product purity, bismuth oxide content of 99.9%, lower all kinds of impurities. Widely used in electronics, household, military and other.
