Novel cold-bent rectangular steel pipe column assembled pedestal

A novel cold-bent rectangular steel pipe column assembled pedestal comprises a bottom plate, angle iron, an anchor bolt, an anchor bolt nut, a vertical high-strength bolt and a horizontal high-strength bolt, wherein the bottom plate is placed on a reinforced concrete foundation and is provided with an anchor bolt hole; the lower part of the anchor bolt is pre-embedded in the reinforced concrete foundation, and the upper part of the anchor bolt penetrates through the anchor bolt hole from bottom to top and is in threaded connection with the anchor bolt nut above the bottom plate; the four pieces of angle iron are respectively adhered to the side edges of a steel pipe column; and a horizontal steel plate of the angel iron is fixedly connected with the bottom plate by the vertical high-strength bolt, and a vertical steel plate of the angel iron is fixedly connected with the steel pipe column by the horizontal high-strength bolt. The pedestal leads the lifting and the positioning of the cold-bent rectangular steel pipe column in construction to be rapid and accurate; and compared with a common embedded pedestal and an externally-wrapped pedestal, the pedestal has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient for construction; and components of the pedestal have simple processing technologies and can be designed and produced in standardization, thereby meeting the analog-digital requirement of industrialization.
