Process for centralized processing of waste liquor of oil-gas field drill

The invention relates to a process technology for concentratedly treating drilling-producing waste liquid in an oil-gas field. The invention is a method for treating the drilling-producing waste liquid and overcomes the disadvantages of other technologies; the process method comprises the following steps that: after the drilling-producing waste liquid is concentrated and reclaimed, the waste liquid is subjected to sedimentation by oil-separation, natural regulation, medicament regulating and stirring, sedimentation in a primary sedimentation tank, drug addition, stability damaging, air flotation, secondary sedimentation, fine filtration and oxidation treatment in order that water quality reaches the reinjection to a safe stratum or main pollutants reach the requirement of GB8978-1996 primary standard in the comprehensive sewage discharge standard; dirty oil which is separated off is treated to produce qualified crude oil; the deposited oil sludge is manufactured into solid fuel; and sludge deposited by the system is subject to destabilization, solid-liquid separation and pressing to produce a mud cake for utilization in order that waste is comprehensively utilized, thereby completely solving the problem of pollution and making the waste become a novel available resource.
