ESTRATÉGIAS DE CRESCIMENTO EM REDES INTERORGANIZACIONAIS: UM ESTUDO COM UMA REDE DE FARMÁCIAS

This study analyzed the growth strategies adopted by Sergifar, according to the typology proposed by Gros (2003). A single descriptive, qualitative study was carried out, with data collection through interviews, and data analysis through content analysis. It was concluded that the basic strategies together with the reduction of barriers to entry to the network and the hiring of specific personnel for development were crucial actions in the growth and development of the network. The basic strategies brought more direct benefits to the network, being the most important category among those analyzed.
