The invention discloses a power supply unit for an environmental water in-situ automatic monitoring instrument. The power supply unit for the environmental water in-situ automatic monitoring instrument is located inside an enclosed housing formed by an underwater hemisphere shell, a cylindrical shell on the underwater hemisphere shell and a transparent shell on water. A solar power generator and a wind driven generator are placed on a support plate on the upper portion of the middle cylindrical shell, wherein wind power generation rotating blades of the wind driven generator are located outside the transparent shell on the water. At least two identical reciprocating generators in which wave energy is utilized are symmetrically placed under the support plate. The solar power generator, the wind driven generator and the reciprocating generators are respectively connected with a rectification and superposition circuit board inside a reciprocating generator group support plate on the lower portion of the cylindrical shell. The power supply unit for the environmental water in-situ automatic monitoring instrument integrates solar power generation, wind power generation and the wave energy power generation, the amount of supplied energy is greatly increased, the power supply unit for the environmental water in-situ automatic monitoring instrument is connected with a storage battery of the in-situ automatic monitoring instrument through a power output line and used for charging the storage battery intermittently, and therefore the energy supply of the in-situ automatic monitoring instrument is guaranteed.
