Surface changes and inhibition of ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase by specific and limited trypsin-catalysed proteolysis

Effects of very low concentration of trypsin on properties of spinach ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase (3-phospho-D-glycerate carboxy-lyase (dimerizing) EC 4.1.1.39) were investigated.
