The apparatus comprises a carrier fixed bed, a dispensing tank, a coagulation reactor, an air flotation reaction apparatus, a water inlet, and a water outlet. The water inlet is arranged on the lower part of the carrier fixed bed. The water outlet is arranged on the air flotation reaction apparatus. The carrier fixed bed is connected with the coagulation reactor. The coagulation reactor is respectively connected with the dispensing tank and the air flotation reaction apparatus. The apparatus provided by the invention is advantaged in reasonable structure, good effect in sewage processing procedure, and no secondary pollution.
