It is expressed in various theories (ex, Post–traumatic Growth ) in which the religiousness tendency increases the status of psychological and spiritual well-being among the influential factors in the development of psychological capital. Increased well-being can also refer more to the religious orientation of the person as the area of spiritual development. In this context, the aim of this research is to show the relation between the religiousness tendency of individuals and positive psychological capital levels and which religiosity factor (knowledge, worship, belief, etc.) on psychological capital affects this capital more positively. For this purpose, a field survey was conducted on 412 undergraduate and graduate students. The validity and reliability of the scales used in the questionnaire survey were tested. As a result of the correlation analysis; it was found that there was a significant and positive correlation between the religiousness tendency and the psychological capital's optimistic dimension at high level, a moderate level between the endurance and hope dimension and a low level of positivity in the self-efficacy dimension. It has also been observed that religious influence and worship dimensions on psychological capital have a significant and positive effect. It has also been observed that psychological capital levels of individuals differ according to age and sex, and religiosity differs according to the place of residence (province, county, village / town) where childhood passes.
