Single Channel TD-SCDMA Radio Remote Unit

A single channel TD-SCDMA remote radio unit is designed in this paper.First,the system topology diagram is proposed according to the performances of the system.And then,the design method and implementation scheme of the system is analyzed from the topology diagram of the system.The circuit modules applied to the system are selected.Measured results show that the systems designed achieve the desired targets,ACPR less than-40.64 dBc and the error vector magnitude(EVM) of 5.08%rms.
