Enclosure of stator of gasoline engine generator

2009
The utility model relates to an enclosure of a stator of a gasoline engine generator. The body of the enclosure (1) is shaped like a circular arc, open ends (2) on the circumference of the enclosure (1) are used to be connected with the side supported by the stator of the generator, and thereby an air guide passage is formed between the inner wall of the enclosure (1) and the outer sidewall of the stator of the generator. Most of the cold air entering via a shutter on the side of a closed shell of the gasoline engine generator or a frequency converter enclosure cannot be axially guided from a rotor of the generator to a flywheel fan cover of an engine, but enters the flywheel fan cover of the engine via the guide passage between the inner wall of the enclosure (1) and the outer sidewall of the stator of the generator, the resistance received by the cold air is less in the process, so that the air can smoothly enter a fairing of the engine in the hot area via the generator and the flywheel fan cover of the engine, consequently, parts in both the cold and the hot areas can be effectively cooled, and the ventilating and cooling effect of the whole gasoline engine generator is enhanced.
