Transmission control method of reverse start of multi-process belt conveyor system

The present invention discloses a transmission control method of reverse start of multi-process belt conveyor system, which comprises the following steps: firstly starting the operation of an upstream feeder; after the upstream feeder receives a starting signal, starting feeding by the feeder, and simultaneously after a PLC system detects a feeding signal of the feeder, timing according to a starting interval timer of the upstream conveyor, when a preset value is obtained, transmitting a downstream conveyor operating instruction by the PLC system for connecting the downstream conveyor for starting operation; after the operation of the downstream conveyor and a preset value is reached, starting an adjacent downstream conveyor by the PLC system, and so forth; after the operation of the most downstream conveyor, operating the timer for timing, and after finishing, transmitting an operation instruction of the downstream unloading machine by the PLC system, the downstream unloading machine operates and all conveyors in the process is fully actuated. Therefore, through a mode that the upstream to the downstream of the conveyors are sequentially started reversely, the dead time of the conveyor transmission system can be greatly reduced, and the electrical energy is saved.
