In the present invention, a large revolving crane is directly arranged on the crane ship. Installation speed is accelerated, the labour intensity of operating personnel is reduced, and meanwhile, the whole hoisting capability of the crane is improved. Large platform blocks can be integrally built. The design of integral hoisting reduces execution difficulty and offshore operation risks, shortens work periods and improves economic benefit.
