Humanpapillomavirus (HPV) vaccination, healthy sexuality education, and male circumcision belong to primaryprevention. In Indonesia, the target of HPV vaccination coverage was assumed to be 76.6% among girls inthe elementary school. Secondary prevention consisted of screening and treatment pre-cancer. Pap smear andVisual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) were the national program to detect cervical cancer in Indonesia.Tertiary prevention included treatment and palliative care. Hospital had responsibility to treat advancedcancer patients, while the implementation of palliative care in public health center (PHC) in Indonesia is stilllimited.
