Ultrahigh-strength wear-resisting steel plate and production method thereof

2014
The invention discloses an ultrahigh-strength wear-resisting steel plate and a production method thereof. The steel plate is composed of, in percentage by weight, 0.35-0.4% of C, 0.4-0.6% of Si, 0.4-1.0% of Mn, 0.8-1.8% of Cr, 0.2-0.6% of Mo, 0.01-0.03% of Nb, 0-0.6% of Ni, 0-0.6% of Cu, 0.0005-0.0022% of B, 0.025-0.04% of Ti, 0.025-0.045% of Als and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the content of impurity elements is controlled, P is smaller than or equal to 0.015%, S is smaller than or equal to 0.005%, [N] is smaller than or equal to 0.0080%, [O] is smaller than or equal to 0.0020% and Ti/N is greater than or equal to 3.4. The ultrahigh-strength wear-resisting steel plate and the production method thereof have the advantages that the ingredients are simple, the alloy content is relatively low, the high-rigidity martensitic structure is adopted, the maximum thickness can reach 120 mm, tempering heat treatment is not needed, the cost is lowered, the efficiency is improved, the steel plate is protected against cracks after being quenched, the low-temperature toughness at minus 40 DEG C is greater than 20 J, and the steel plate can be used at the low-temperature environment of minus 40 DEG C.
