Design of an Over-Current Relay Protection Unit Based on the MSP430 Single Chip

An over-current relay protection unit based on MSP430F149C MCU was designed which fully used the build-in chip resources. In this way, the hardware system is simple and high reliability. The circuit design according to the function of the system such as the distributed power supply part, data sampling part and control part were discussed. Finally, the validity of the system was verified by the applications.
