espanolEl presente trabajo esta centrado en el arquitecto sevillano Anibal Gonzalez Alvarez-Ossorio, uno de los mayores exponentes del movimiento regionalista en Andalucia (Espana), que tambien diseno edificios en otros estilos de principios de siglo XX, como el Modernismo. Anibal Gonzalez proyecto una gran cantidad de edificios industriales, religiosos, residenciales y espacios publicos que son desconocidos en ambitos generales y academicos, a pesar de la importancia de su diseno y las tecnicas tradicionales empleadas. Por ello, esta investigacion profundiza en el conocimiento y revitalizacion de sus obras mas desconocidas y numerosas: las residenciales. La base de datos disenada consta de un conjunto de registros que reunen la informacion formal, estilistica, constructiva, historica y documental de las ciento ochenta obras residenciales objeto de estudio a lo largo de su ciclo de vida; datos obtenidos de fuentes que no son accesibles al publico en general. Los resultados de esta investigacion proporcionaran a los expertos los conocimientos cientificos necesarios para la toma de decisiones en los estudios patrimoniales o intervenciones. Ademas, contribuira a despertar el interes por este significativo patrimonio a nivel turistico, innovando y diversificando la oferta turistica y cultural de Andalucia. EnglishThe present work is focused on the Sevillian architect Anibal Gonzalez Alvarez-Ossorio, one of the greatest exponents of the Regionalist movement in Andalusia (Spain), who also designed buildings in other contemporary styles of early twentieth century, as the Modernism. He created a huge amount of residential, religious, industrial buildings and public spaces that are quiet unknown in academic and general spheres, despite the significance of their design and the traditional techniques employed. Thereby, this research is aimed at deepening the knowledge and revitalizing its most unknown and numerous works: residential buildings. The database designed comprises a set of records that collects all formal, stylistic, constructive, historical and documentary information of the one hundred and eighty residential buildings under study throughout their life cycle, obtained from different sources that are not accessible to general public. Research results will provide experts with scientific knowledge for decisionmaking processes focused on heritage study and intervention. Furthermore, it will contribute to arouse interest in this significant heritage at tourist level, innovating and diversifying the Andalusian cultural tourist offer.
