Preparing method for silicon dioxide-based microcapsules

2016
A preparing method for silicon dioxide-based microcapsules mainly comprises the steps that according to the mass ratio of a capsule core material to a wall forming material being 2:1, epoxy resin, polydimethyl siloxane or acrylic resin and tetraethyl orthosilicate serve as oil phases and are mixed evenly, then the oil-phase mixture and an aqueous solution including a nonionic surfactant are mixed, the mixture is stirred for 15 min with a 8000 rpm high-speed homogenizer, and O/W emulsion is formed; a diluted hydrochloric acid solution with the mass concentration of 2 mol/L is dropwise added into the O/W emulsion, a vessel is put into an oil bath pot, the temperature is increased to 50 DEG C, a reaction starts with the rotating speed being 300 rpm, tetraethyl orthosilicate is added 3 h later while a hydrochloric acid solution is added every three h and added three times in total, the reaction continues for 15 h, then washing is carried out with deionized water until the supernatant liquid is colorless and transparent, and then the product is put into an oven to be dried. The silicon dioxide-based microcapsules prepared with the method have the advantages of being high in load amount, controllable in shell layer, high in stability and the like, and the use range is wide.
