Vector and method of producing hemagglutinin of influenza virus.

1995
It PRESENTS A method of preparing a recombinant FLU VACCINE USING TECHNOLOGY DNA. THE RESULT IS A VACCINE INFLUENZA VACCINE POLIVALENTE, trivalent PREFERABLY A MIXTURE BASED RECOMBINANT hemagglutinin antigen cloned from FLU VIRUS WITH ABILITY EPIDEMIC. Antigens are glycoproteins hemagglutinin RECOMBINANT FULL EXTENSION WITHOUT DIVIDING (HAO) VECTORS produced from baculovirus expression in insect cells cultivated and purified under non-denaturing conditions. In the preferred embodiment, HA CLONED GENES SUBSEQUENT AMENDING by deleting STRINGS NATURAL hydrophobic signal peptide and replacing it with a signal peptide chitinase baculovirus. It also presents a general approach to the extraction and purification EFFECTIVE RECOMBINANT HA protein produced in insect cells to protein purification RHA OBTAINED partirde FLU VIRUS TYPE AY subtype B.
