1D MEMS Imaging Using a Single Pixel Detector

In this paper, a one-dimensional (1D) line imager based on a single pixel detector is proposed. A cyclic S-matrix is used to construct the MEMS encoding mask. Compressive sensing (CS), which can reduce the sampling points requirement, is used to successfully recover the line image. The proposed imaging principle might be useful in optical spectrometers.
