The virus and molecular chaperone

2003
Molecular chaperones play an important role in the life cycles of a diverse array of viruses. There are numerous virus activities such as viral DNA replication, viral transcription, regulation of translation, virion assembly and even viral cell-to-cell movement that involve chaperones. With the study on the relationship between virus and chaperone, there appears another way of resistance to virus.
