Electronic device and touch operation method thereof

The invention discloses an electronic device and a touch operation method of the electronic device. The method is suitable for the electronic device with a touch screen. The method includes the steps that firstly, the touch screen is used for detecting the touch operation on an object displayed on the touch screen; secondly, at least one peripheral device which is connected with the electronic device and is suitable for the object is detected so that at least one triggering area corresponding to the peripheral device can be provided on the touch screen; thirdly, when the touch operation moves to one of triggering areas, the peripheral device corresponding to the triggering area is started to execute the function on the object. Thus, a user can start the peripheral device more visually, simply and conveniently, and the complexity and difficulty of use of the electronic device are lowered.
