The detecting method comprises the steps that a tested anemorumbometer is placed in a test section of a wind tunnel device and dynamic performance indexes of the tested anemorumbometer are detected through the program control of a computer. The detecting method specifically comprises the steps of scheme formulating, single anemorumbometer detecting, multiple anemorumbometer detecting, analyzing and outputting, and the wind direction following error and the delay time constant of the tested anemorumbometer under the specific wind speed and direction conditions are output. The testing system comprises the wind tunnel device, a wind speed tube, a wind direction simulating device and a central control device. The wind direction simulating device is a numerical control rotary table and comprises a workbench, a rotating shaft, a base and a stepping motor. The workbench is provided with an installing base of the tested anemorumbometer, a working power source and a signal output interface, wherein the installing base is matched with an installing part of the tested anemorumbometer, and the installing base can be replaced according to the specific tested anemorumbometer.
