Combing flax/richcel fiber blending high count yarn and producing method thereof

The invention discloses a combed flax/ polynosic fiber blended high count yarn and a production method thereof. The blended high count yarn is made by blending the flax fiber and the polynosic fiber, wherein, the weight ratio of the flax fiber is 30 percent to 70 percent. The production method is that the flax fiber which is weighed as the ratio is pretreated open and then made into a coil by a scutching process and then hackled to a card silver on a carding machine, and at last the flax fiber is made into a combed sliver by pre-drawing on a comber; the weighed polynosic fiber is made into the card sliver by the scutching process on the carding machine; then the combed sliver of the combed flax and the card sliver of the polynosic fiber are combined on a drawing frame and made into a final drawn sliver which is drafted and twisted on a roving frame and further drafted and twisted on a spinning frame at last, and then the finished yarn is obtained. The invention is characterized in that the blended high count yarn is sturdy, smooth, good in moisture, steady in wearability and so on; the flax fiber which is treated through the combing technique leads the count of the invention of the blended high count yarn to be higher and the covering of the invention of the blended high count yarn to be more refined, thus effectively improving the skin-friendly effect of the flax blended production.
