The invention relates to a system for controlling heat supply network heat distribution. The system comprises a heat source, primary network pipelines connected with the heat source and heat exchangers connected between the primary network pipelines and secondary network pipelines; sensors for detecting water temperatures and pressure of supplied water and returned water are mounted on the primary network pipelines and the secondary network pipelines respectively; a water supplementing pump provided with a water supplementing pump frequency converter and a circulating pump provided with a circulating pump frequency converter are connected onto a secondary network returned water pipeline; a programmable logic controller (PLC) acquires transmission data of all the sensors in real time; the system further comprises linear quadratic regulators for receiving temperature data of all the sensors respectively; and the linear quadratic regulators transmit control constants obtained according to the temperature data of all the sensors to the PLC to adjust output commands of the PLC. An existing heat supply network control system is optimized, the linear quadratic regulators are designed, a closed-loop control system is established, and heat supply network heat distribution is controlled effectively.
