skin. Two years before this admission, he was presented with liver dysfunction and liber biopsy revealed epithelioid cell which is considered primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). In this admission, the lack of elevation of serum antimitochondrial antibody and reevaluation of previous liver biopsy specimen indicated possibility of liver sarcoidosis rather than PBC. Similarities between PBC and liver sarcoidosis has been described in previous reports. We report a case of cardiac sarcoidosis diagnosed by previous histological finding in liver biopsy.
