Observation on curative effect of Compound Pine Tar Paste in the treatment of subacute eczema

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound Pine Tar Paste in the treatment of subacute eczema.Method The lesions in treatment group were treated with this paste containing bandages,the control group used the Pevisone(1%econazole nitrate and 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide cream) topically on the injury,and all the treatments courses were 3 weeks.Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the control group was 76.36%.In effective rate between two groups there was significant difference(P 0.05);the treatment group had no any adverse reactions.Conclusion The Compound Pine Tar Paste is of efficacy and safety when topically applied in the treatment of subacute eczema,it has good curative effect,low incidence rate of adverse reactions.
