Teaching experimental research of different materials in volleyball digs

In general college volleyball teaching,using different teaching materials volleyball comparison experiments were performed volleyball teaching hard and soft volleyball,volleyball hard ball first pad combines teaching,experiment two weeks,the fourth week of the study results were compared.The results showed that soft and hard volleyball teaching effectiveness of combining was better,especially in the early stages of teaching,soft and hard volleyball combined student mastery of technical mat ball effect was obvious advantages.Recommend the use of soft and hard volleyball method of combining teaching in volleyball digs
